Strong Mind. Strong Body. Unstoppable You.

Intentional 1:1 run coaching to help you build strength, confidence, and discover what you’re capable of.

The most powerful training tool?

Your mind

Your mindset influences effort, consistency, recovery, and how you respond to discomfort. When it supports your training, everything starts to click, and the voice in your head starts working with you, not against you.

The Mind Body Connection

Running isn’t just physical — it’s neurological, emotional, and psychological. Your brain controls movement, effort, pacing, and how you respond to discomfort long before your muscles fatigue.

Research shows that mindset, self-talk, and perceived effort directly influence performance, endurance, and injury risk. When the mind and body aren’t aligned, runners either hold back out of fear or push past smart limits, often leading to burnout or injury.

Mind Body Running is built on the idea that strong running comes from connection — trusting your body, listening to feedback, and learning how to push with intention instead of force.

The Mind Body Running logo represents that connection in motion:

The mind leads with focus and belief.
The
heart reflects intention, awareness, and enjoyment.
The
body carries it forward with strength and stability.

Meet Your Coach

I’m Brittany, a UESCA Run Coach and NASM CPT who believes strong training starts with the mind. I coach runners of all levels to train with intention, build confidence through the process, and work toward meaningful goals. Mind Body Running grew from my belief in the connection between mindset and movement, and how it influences training.

Runner Testimonials

  • Brittany is hands down the best coach I've ever had. Despite working with her remotely, this experience felt more genuine than any other coaching I've encountered.

She crafted a training plan that was structured yet flexible enough to accommodate my busy life with work and school. Brittany also helped me set goals for nutrition and mindfulness, while refining my running technique. Her holistic approach really pushed me to apply every lesson in a meaningful way.

Brittany was always available to answer my questions and address any issues I encountered. Her impressive knowledge made every check-in feel valuable and insightful. Brittany’s dedication and support have been a game-changer in my wellness journey.

  • Working with Brittany is the reason I was able to finish my first ever 10-mile race. A friend recommended her when my own training was feeling stagnant. I was starting to worry that I wouldn’t be able to finish the race. Brittany was able to build my confidence and create a training plan that met me where I was and gave me tangible ways to track my progress.

Having a “form session” with her was an absolute game changer as she was able to point out how I was overstriding and gave me really useful tools to improve my cadence so I was both running faster and protecting my joints.

There were still times when I thought I couldn’t do it. Brittany was great about adjusting my plan when needed, and encouraging me to keep pushing when she knew I could. She always put my safety first while celebrating every step I took.

What Coaching Looks Like

Every runner’s journey looks different, which is why coaching should too.
Whether we’re working together online or in person, here’s how the process works.

1

CONNECT

We’ll start with a discovery call and an athlete intake form to understand your goals, experience, and where you’re at right now. This will help us get clear on what you’re looking for and how I can help.

2

BUILD

From there, I’ll create a personalized training plan that provides structure without feeling overwhelming. We’ll adjust together as things change, because life happens.

3

GROW

Along the way, you’ll have accountability and support beyond the miles. I’ll guide you through mindset, form, fueling, and strength training so you become a more well-rounded runner.
